References – ongoing projects in sourcing from China
A good case study shows more than a customer logo: which part, which task and what matters. Many companies deliberately keep their Far East sourcing confidential – that is why we present ongoing projects here strictly anonymously.

- Ongoing projects
- From housing parts to steel containers
- Based in Jena since 2011
- Selected partner factories in China
- One contractual partner in Germany
- Pre-shipment inspection included
What our case studies show
Most customers do not want their supply chain to become public – and we respect that consistently. We name neither companies nor regions, show no photos of the parts and publish no quantities or savings.
Instead, we describe what kind of part we source and what matters – so you can compare it with your own requirements:
- Part: type of part and intended use
- What matters: the requirements that define the part
- Our role: which steps we take on for the customer
Ongoing projects
A selection of the projects we currently manage for our customers – deliberately without names, regions or figures.
Housing parts
Part: housing parts made to customer drawing for recurring series demand. What matters: dimensionally accurate connecting and mating surfaces and consistent quality across all call-offs. Our role: technical clarification, factory selection, first samples and series support through to delivery. More on this topic under Housings.
Welded assemblies for agricultural vehicles
Part: welded steel assemblies for agricultural vehicles. What matters: weld quality, accuracy of the connecting dimensions and robust surface protection for outdoor use. Our role: technical clarification, factory selection, first samples and series support through to delivery. More on this topic under Assemblies.
Laser-cut sheet metal parts for storage boxes
Part: laser-cut sheet metal parts in large quantities that are made into storage boxes. What matters: consistent dimensions across large quantities and packaging that ensures the parts arrive undamaged. Our role: technical clarification, factory selection, first samples and series support through to delivery. More on this topic under Sheet metal parts.
Accessory parts with ceramic bearings for printers
Part: accessory parts for printers with built-in ceramic bearings. What matters: precision in the interaction of bearing and component and careful matching of materials. Our role: technical clarification, factory selection, first samples and series support through to delivery. More on this topic under Technical ceramics.
Stackable steel containers
Part: stackable containers made of steel. What matters: dimensional accuracy for safe stacking, load-bearing welded joints and durable surface protection. Our role: technical clarification, factory selection, first samples and series support through to delivery. More on this topic under Welded assemblies.
Industries we work for
Our customers are manufacturers with series demand for parts made to drawing. Typical sectors are machine and plant engineering, vehicle and commercial vehicle manufacturing including agricultural machinery, materials handling and equipment manufacturing. What they have in common is that they repeatedly need the same parts and value documented quality.
For us, the industry matters less than the part: a casting for an agricultural machine places similar demands on material, inspection and packaging as one for a machine tool. Differences tend to lie in documentation and approval format, for example when a customer requires PPAP.
Your part as the next case study?
How we safeguard quality is described under Quality; how a project runs is explained under Sourcing from China.
The most meaningful reference is a quotation for your own part. Send us a drawing – you will receive the unit price, tooling costs and delivery terms shown separately and can compare them directly with your current source.
Send your drawing – get a quotation
Upload your drawing and 3D model, tell us the quantity and your deadline – we check feasibility and get back to you with questions or a quotation.
- Technical clarification before the request for quotation
- Quotations from audited partner factories
- One contact person in Germany
- Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in advance on request
