DXF and PDF or STEP, material, thickness, quantity, surface finish and deadline.
Manufacturability check
Our partner checks feasibility. Unfavourable bending radii or dimensions are adjusted after consultation with you.
Quotation
The price depends on material, thickness, size, complexity, quantity, tolerance and process steps. Volume discounts apply to larger quantities.
Samples and series
Sample or first part for approval, followed by series production or repeat orders.
Delivery
By lorry from the Czech Republic, without customs clearance.

Frequently asked questions about contract laser cutting
What sheet thicknesses can be cut?
Thin sheets from 0.05 mm and steel up to 16 mm. Foils and flat plates from 0.005 mm are processed by micro-cutting.
How accurate is the laser cutting?
Accuracy is up to ±0.02 mm. On the drawing, we recommend general tolerances to ISO 2768 and DIN EN ISO 9013 for cut surfaces.
Which materials are processed?
Steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and bronze.
Do you also make one-off parts and samples?
Yes. One-off parts, samples, prototypes and small series are possible, followed by series production and repeat orders.
How long does an order take?
Much less time than for parts from China, because no sea freight is needed – the parts reach you by lorry in one to two days. We state the date in the quotation, depending on scope and material availability. Rush orders are possible by arrangement.
What data is needed?
Ideally DXF with a PDF to check the scale, and STEP for 3D parts. Many other common formats can also be processed.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes. The discount depends on the quantity. Repeat orders and long-term cooperation are possible.
Where are the parts made?
At our partner company in the Czech Republic. Your contract partner is TOP Asia Technik GmbH in Jena.
