Examples from practice
- Laser cleaning of welds in series production: rotary clamping fixture and adjustable laser head; the operator only loads and unloads.
- Laser processing of housing covers: industrial robot with two loading stations; the next part is prepared while processing is under way.
- Tracking fume extraction at the welding station: sensors follow the welder, and the extraction unit moves along automatically on a linear guide.
- Robot-assisted laser engraving with sorting of the finished parts.
- Automated inspection of plastic parts with a cobot and 3D scanner.
- Robot-guided laser welding with a rotary axis and tilting rotary table.
